I received an automated email that it would take almost a week for someone to respond back to my initial email regarding an item I purchased that was not as described.

Good experience

It was a smooth experience I did not experiencie any issues or delays, I was informed through the given tracking number all the time I also received a call phone when package was here , ( something that I asked since I bought it ) overall it was a very good experience, the only thing is that a button fell out when my husband tried it

I have shopped several times and have…

I have shopped several times and have always had great success. This last order was not quite the same experience. I order 2 pairs of jeans - they are unable to be returned A. they are listed as such and B. the return I was granted would have been for .50 cents minus the shipping I would have to pay to send the item back. It was labeled as a size 32 which was incorrect, the tag was 27/32 - the 32 was the length and they were very small so I would not be able to wear them. I went through customer service about this and was not informed I had to pay to ship them back and would only receive the .50 cents and felt that was unfortunate since they were labeled incorrectly in the first place. Disappointed in the process that way.

My first time buying a bag from TRR and it went smoothly. My item arrived packaged well. Item came as described and I love it! I would definitely buy from TRR again.

Overall my experience was good except…

Overall my experience was good except there was no packaging in the delivery box for my purse. I paid around $1,000 for a luxury bag and there should have been padding and stuffing to make sure the bag doesn’t smush or bend. When Amazon ships an item made in China for $10 with better packaging that means Real Real has opportunity for improvement.

Not happy at all

Not happy at all - Purchased a pair of pants and I was not notified they were not available & I realized that when I saw $75.00 was reimbursed to my credit card then when I received a couple of dresses that were with the same orders, they came in the same bag in a ball & so wrinkled up, one of the dresses was final sale so now I’m stuck with it and the other one I’m sending it back since can not gift something like that as I planned. I have been a very loyal customer for the last few years but that does not seem to matter.

You have more negative reviews than positive. I sell luxury men's clothes on eBay--Zegna, Gucci, Canali, Brioni. Would love another outlet but...

Buyer beware I find the positive reviews questionable at best Like they say anyone can post a review... Items that arent authentic are sold here they cannot and do not have the ability to authenticate every item I know from experience.

Ive noticed that my items are being consigned at a significantly lower price than the EXACT same item consigned by other consignors. I feel something "scamish" is going on. It feels as if they are using my items as a "bait n switch" tactic to lure shoppers to the site. Or that someone in house is buying my items at a lower cost then re-selling them at a higher price. Has anyone else noticed that their items are being consigned for a lesser amount, then shortly after they are sold, noticed a few days or weeks later that the exact item is being offered at a much higher price?

I have felt the exact same way with a number of my items being assigned "lowball" prices when I've seen the same or similar items priced higher. I have also asked them to send certain high-end items back because I didn't approve of their ridiculously low pricing. With the new commission structure at 40/60, in TRR's favor, I won't be consigning with them anymore.

This happened to me only one time, and I have sold quite a few items with them. As soon as I received the quote for a pair of earrings. I contacted them immediately and said I felt the price was to low due to various reasons, and they got back to me the next day with an adjusted price. I have never experienced what you are describing above as a bait and switch scenario, and I always check the similar or same items they are selling. I would just call them and ask for the details as to why the other item is higher. Sorry you had a bad experience!

I bought a fake Dior bag, of course from the real real before researching about this site, a third party help to confirm its fake. It was nonreturnable as listed. To me nonreturnable when you buy and get AUTHENTIC items, they can trap innocent buyers and make them stuck with Unauthentic goods like that. Also I know it's against the law to buy/ sell counterfeit, why are they still in business? I am filing a dispute with my bank, anyone have experience and result please share with me

File a complaint with the US Customs office in your area and your state's attorney general. Also for many types of goods, they will destroy the counterfeit goods and give you a letter stating they have done so. This is ironclad proof for the bank dispute.

Be very careful returning jewelry. I returned two sets of earrings with two clothing items and NEVER received credit for the returned jewelry!
